I really need to figure out how to maintain my motivation and stick to my diet plans.
I have been trying to stick to paleo but doing really poorly with treats that are around.
I've decided to start blogging nightly with a brief blurb about how the day went. Hopefully this will serve as a record of what I ate and how I felt after it.
workout - no am workout, some walking at night
bfast - 2 eggs, 2 slices canadian bacon
lunch - salad with ground beef, avocado, strawberries, bbq sauce. Afterwords had a snickers and hershey bar and felt like CRAP! Big no-no there.
dinner - really good lettuce, chicken, fajita veggies, guacamole, sweet potato fries. yum yum yum.
Topped it off with some dark chocolate and ice cream cookies (WHY??)
Here's to tomorrow being a bit better!
