Daily Update 1/17/13

Breakfast - was hungry! success... 2 slices bacon, 2 eggs, half clementine, double espresso with some almond milk.
Feeling like a lot more energy and not as icky stomach. Lack of gluten combined with all of the nutrient rich CSA goodies I got last night??

Lunch - salami and cheese and an apple yum

Dinner - steak, apple, tangerine, sweet potato, lettuce, guac, raisins, pumpkin pale granola

After dinner wasn't hungry but wanted to snarf some chocolate and almond butter. Staying strong!
